The leadership of PJSC Khmelnytskoblenergo has already issued an official explanation regarding the electricity situation in the region.
'Police have initiated criminal proceedings over the infliction of injuries to the head of the district power grids. The incident occurred on January 22 in Mohyliv-Podilskyi. The participants have been identified, and investigative actions with them are ongoing,' reported the press service of the Vinnytsia Oblast Police.
