Incident involving servicemen in Odesa
The police have identified two servicemen who assaulted soldier Roman Pokidko in early December in the Peresyp district of Odesa. The incident occurred in early December 2023, when the victim, 27-year-old Roman Pokidko, who had been released from captivity in June 2023, was assaulted.
As a result of this incident, the victim sustained minor bodily injuries, as evidenced by the forensic medical examination. The police have initiated criminal proceedings and charges have been brought against two servicemen from the Peresyp District Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support. One of them has been charged under Part 1 of Article 125 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, and the other under Part 1 of Article 126.
