The Made in Ukraine Policy in 2025

The Made in Ukraine policy in 2025 ensured a growth of gross domestic product (GDP) by 0.95 percentage points and significant results in supporting Ukrainian producers. This initiative contributed not only to economic growth but also to the development of the processing industry, which became an important factor in shaping the modern economy.

Throughout the eleven months of 2025, 17.9% of tax revenues from the consolidated budget came from the processing industry. In addition, 29 thousand affordable loans were provided totaling 88 billion UAH under the 5–7–9% program. Thanks to grants for processing enterprises, 347 new machines and production lines were acquired, indicating active renewal of production capacities.

Investments and Development

By the end of 2025, 37 new factories were built or under construction in industrial parks, and investments in new projects amounted to 154 million euros. Farmers also purchased 8460 units of Ukrainian machinery worth 5.7 billion UAH. Under the affordable mortgage program eOsela, 7600 families were able to buy housing. To improve school transportation, communities purchased 695 school buses of Ukrainian production for 2.7 billion UAH. Moreover, 10 thousand Ukrainians became entrepreneurs, receiving microgrants from the Own Business program. Exports were not left aside: non-resource exports worth 10.5 billion UAH were also supported.

The growth of GDP and active support for Ukrainian producers under the Made in Ukraine program indicate positive changes in the country’s economy, particularly in the processing industry. These results can serve as a foundation for further development and investments, which in turn will contribute to the creation of new jobs and strengthening economic stability in Ukraine.
