Last night, Poland along with other countries activated its military aviation due to Russian missile strikes on Ukraine. According to 'Glavkom', this decision was made by the Operational Command of the Armed Forces of Poland on social media X.
The commander activated all possible forces and means to ensure the safety of airspace and protect citizens. Pairs of fighter jets were scrambled, and ground air defense systems and radar reconnaissance were prepared for action.

We remind you that on the night of July 28, the Russian occupation army attacked Kyiv using drones, resulting in casualties. In the Darnytskyi district of the city, windows in a high-rise building were likely damaged. As a result of the attack, eight people were injured, including one person in critical condition.

There were also drone and X-101 missile attacks recorded in Stara Konstyantyniv in the Khmelnytskyi region. The consequences of the attack are still unknown, but it was likely an attempt to target a military airfield. The city of Kropyvnytskyi was also attacked.
