CDTO Annual Forum 2026

The CDTO Annual Forum brought together more than 100 digital transformation leaders to outline priorities for 2026 and review six years of work by Ukraine’s Ministry of Digital Transformation (Mintsyfra). Organized by Mintsyfra in partnership with the EGAP Program—implemented by the Eastern Europe Foundation with support from Switzerland—the event served as a platform for exchanging ideas and experiences.

During the forum, an ideathon was held where teams had the chance to present their proposals to Oleksandr Borniakov. Participants also gained business insights from founders of companies such as Jooble, Uklon, and FRACTAL. New collaboration formats between CDTOs and government bodies were developed, and real-world digital cases were examined that could serve as a foundation for advancing digital initiatives in Ukraine.

The Importance of Digital Transformation

The forum marked a key milestone in shaping the country’s digital transformation strategy, highlighting the growing role of digitization across all sectors of society.

This event underscores the critical need for cooperation between government agencies and businesses in the context of digital transformation—essential for Ukraine to meet modern technological challenges. The ideas presented and new interaction models could drive more effective deployment of digital solutions, ultimately boosting economic growth and improving citizens' quality of life.
