More than 300 thousand applications for receiving 'winter support' for children have already been submitted to Diya. Overall, applications from more than 2.5 million Ukrainians were submitted in a day. President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky emphasized that such a large volume of applications indicates the need and timeliness of this support program. The Government of Ukraine guarantees full funding for the program. Additionally, the ability to submit applications through Ukrposhta will be introduced on Tuesday.
Let us remind you that the application for receiving 'winter support' for a child can be submitted by parents or guardians if the birth certificate of the child is in the application.
If you need to add the birth certificate of a child, you can do this directly in the application:
1⃣ Scroll through your digital documents.
2⃣ Click 'Add document'.
3⃣ Select 'Child's birth certificate'.
4⃣ Enter the series and number of the certificate. If the data is correct, but the certificate does not appear, contact the Civil Registry Office. If the issue cannot be resolved, submit a written application at Ukrposhta starting from November 18. More details about the program can be found on the website zyma.gov.ua.
