Here, employers are most often looking for drivers and offer good pay, which amounts to about 32,500 hryvnias. The number of offers in this segment has increased by almost a quarter compared to the previous year.
Dynamic development of the labor market for youth
The category 'Career start / jobs for students' also showed a significant growth in the number of flexible vacancies, which reached 38%. Seasonal activity, characteristic of the summer period, drives employers to offer part-time jobs with an average pay of about 12,000 hryvnias.
Increase in vacancies in the manufacturing sector
The number of vacancies in the manufacturing sector, especially at enterprises with field conditions or seasonal jobs, has increased by 21%. The average pay for these jobs is 22,500 hryvnias.
The number of vacancies with a flexible schedule in the retail sector decreased by 6%.
Also, in industries where constant presence at the workplace is necessary, flexibility loses its relevance. For example, in the retail sector and among bartenders, waiters, dispatchers, or trainers, the number of flexible vacancies has decreased.
