A Ukrainian fighter known as 'Tankist' managed to escape on the front lines thanks to an electric bicycle that was delivered to him via a drone. This impressive operation was captured on video by the soldiers of the 'Rubizh' battalion.

After the fighter was left without his comrades due to the death of three of them and was unable to reach the Ukrainian positions due to a wounded leg, the situation looked very complicated. However, his comrades devised a rescue plan that involved sending an electric bicycle by drone. Although the first two attempts were unsuccessful due to enemy actions, the third attempt was successful, and the bicycle was delivered to the injured fighter.

The video shows how the soldier tries to ride out of the line of fire on the bicycle, but he is detonated by a mine. Despite this, he continues his journey on foot until a second bicycle is dropped by the drone. With its help, he successfully reaches his comrades.

Russian troops achieving slow success in eastern Ukraine

The Institute for the Study of War (ISW) reported that the capture of Chasiv Yar will open up several new opportunities for Russian troops to further advance on Ukrainian positions in Donetsk oblast, threatening cities such as Konstantinivka, Sloviansk, Kramatorsk, and Druzhkivka.

According to ISW, Russians are trying to exhaust Ukrainian defenses with slow movements rather than swift victories. For months, they have advanced only a few kilometers while losing a significant number of soldiers in the process.

The Ukrainian fighter, with the callsign 'Tankist', made it through on the front lines thanks to the electric bicycle delivered by a drone. His comrades devised a rescue plan, and the vulnerable warrior managed to reach safe positions despite all the difficulties.
