The partnership between Ukraine and Germany on the path of land reform and managing state lands is gaining momentum. A presentation of the reform priorities and opportunities for cooperation took place in Germany.
Main areas of cooperation:
- support for the digitization of cadastres and the development of an electronic identification system for agricultural land;
- strengthening spatial planning at the local level;
- assistance in the consolidation of land plots;
- joint initiatives for environmental protection and the development of monitoring systems;
- development and implementation of anti-corruption tools in the field of land relations.
The goal of the reform is to create an efficient and modern system for managing land resources that meets European standards.
