In Ukraine, cases are increasingly emerging where men, who have an active status in 'Reserv+' and are on military registration, find themselves wanted for evasion of mobilization. Lawyer Danilo Tryasov notes that this situation is a consequence of systematic failures in the interaction between agencies and inconsistencies in databases.

Ukrainians are increasingly encountering difficulties with being wanted due to shortcomings in the cooperation between authorities and data incompatibility. Lawyer Danilo Tryasov believes that the arising problems are a result of flaws in the information exchange system.

The lawyer recommends a three-step algorithm for those who find themselves in a similar situation. First, prepare by entering into an agreement with a lawyer and outlining an action plan. Then, send a lawyer's request to obtain information about the reasons for being listed as wanted and to remove information from the register. Finally, if necessary, protect your rights in court by appealing the actions of the TCC.

For those who encounter such a problem, the lawyer advises adhering to a specific action algorithm, including preparation, drafting a request, and protecting rights through the court. It is important to act in accordance with the law and consult with professionals to avoid troubles due to illegal actions by law enforcement officials.
