March 12 Incidents
In the early hours of March 12, Russian forces attacked the Koriukivka district in the Chernihiv region. This assault killed a 15-year-old girl and wounded her parents. Additionally, a falling drone ignited a residential building and an outbuilding in the area, with emergency services quickly extinguishing the blaze.
On the previous day, March 11, Russian drones struck a district police department in Shostka, Sumy region, completely destroying the building and wounding more than 22 police officers. That same morning, a drone attack hit the Shevchenkivskyi district of Kharkiv, resulting in confirmed fatalities and injuries. The Kharkiv strike targeted a meat processing plant, causing extensive additional damage.
The situation in Ukraine remains tense, with further attacks posing a continuous threat to civilian safety.
