Пожежа на заводі в Акроні: важлива інфраструктура для виробництва добрив і вибухових речовин зазнала руйнувань внаслідок нападу.

This night, a fire broke out at the Akron PJSC chemical plant in Veliky Novgorod, likely due to a drone attack. The plant produces mineral fertilizers and supports key sectors of the Russian economy. This was reported by analysts. The Governor of the Novgorod region, Alexander Dronov, stated that air defense systems are in operation, but did not specify the extent and consequences of the incident. The plant is located 700 kilometers from the border with Ukraine.

The Akron PJSC is one of the well-known Russian producers of mineral fertilizers and industrial chemicals. Various angles of the fire at the plant have appeared on social media, where local residents documented the aftermath of the drone attack on this strategic facility in Russia.

The EU and the UK have imposed personal sanctions on the owners and management of 'Akron', as they benefit from working in strategic sectors of the Russian economy, particularly in the defense sector.
