Today in Lviv, a presentation of the new commemorative coin 'Archangel Michael' took place at the National Museum. This coin is part of the series 'Spiritual Treasures of Ukraine' and created within the framework of the project 'Archangel Michael - Angel of Victory' in honor of Archangel Michael, who has special significance for the Ukrainian people.
The design of the coin reproduces the image of the archistrategist Michael from the iconostasis of Zhovkva, created by the great master Ivan Rutkovich. This image is known for its spiritual depth and sophistication of baroque in Ukrainian art.
