What changes for Ukrainians beyond mobilization
The State Border Guard Service of Ukraine has introduced a free, around-the-clock web portal called 'Personal Account' that lets citizens quickly find out whether they face a temporary exit ban. Such restrictions can be triggered by overdue alimony, unpaid fines, credit debts, or other enforcement proceedings. Previously, this information could only be obtained by sending a written request to the agency's Main Center for Processing Special Information and then waiting weeks for a reply. This gives travelers a way to spot the problem before they reach the border.
Martial-law restrictions are not covered by this dashboard. Men aged 18 to 60 will not see any mobilization-related departure status in their account; instead, those checks follow separate procedures through the Reserve+ app and the Oberih system. A full check in the Personal Account takes no more than five minutes.

Registration is possible through any of these login methods:
- an electronic signature (KEP)
- BankID
- Diia.Signature
- the id.gov.ua system
After logging in, the system reports either 'No restrictions' or 'Temporary restriction exists.' It is important to remember that an online check does not cancel an existing restriction.
