From January 1, 2026, parents of children aged 1 to 3 years, who go to work full-time, will be able to receive monthly assistance. The amount of the payment will be 8 thousand UAH, and for children with disabilities - 12 thousand UAH.
“We adhere to the principle that 'money follows the child.' The state introduces targeted programs, and funds can only be used for a specific list of services approved by the Cabinet. For this, parents need to register a special card with a special account. Expenses from it will only be possible for services with OKVED codes specified in the resolution. At the same time, the income level of parents will not affect the opportunity to receive support.”

Mandatory list of services for using assistance
The funds that parents will receive through the 'eYasli' program can only be used for services from the mandatory list approved by the Cabinet of Ministers. These can be services of private kindergartens, nannies, or clubs. The details and conditions for using the financial assistance are determined by the program rules.
