American athlete Marvin Bracey-Williams has received a 45-month disqualification due to violations of anti-doping rules, reports 'Glavcom' citing the United States Anti-Doping Agency (USADA).
In January 2024, USADA received information from an informer about Bracey-Williams' use of anabolic substances outside of competitions.
Bracey-Williams initially tried to obstruct the investigation but later admitted to the violations and assisted in the inquiry.
Taking into account his cooperation with the investigation, as well as providing 'valuable information', USADA has imposed a 45-month disqualification, calculated from February 5, 2024. All of the athlete's results from June 1, 2023, are nullified.
