The Pension Fund of Ukraine explained that one-time payments are not taken into account when calculating the average monthly total income of a family during the registration of housing subsidies. This applies to material assistance for health improvement, which may affect the subsidy calculation.
When calculating the subsidy, the total income of the household is considered, which includes various types of income: wages, pension, scholarship, social payments, state benefits, as well as other incomes such as unemployment assistance, money transfers, and others.
Thus, it is important to understand that one-time health improvement payments do not affect the calculation of housing subsidies for families. The main criteria remain the monthly total income and other standard payments that are taken into account in this process.
