Cyber specialists of the Security Service of Ukraine have detained an FSB informant who assisted the occupiers in coordinating missile strikes on Kharkiv. The primary task of the offender was to find and transmit the coordinates of the Ukrainian air defense. The Russians hoped to undermine the fight for the city and focus on attacks on civilian infrastructure. The offender turned out to be a local seller of baby strollers, who adjusted the strikes during air raids using Google Maps.
This story once again emphasizes the threat that informants pose to Ukraine's national security, and the need to strengthen counterintelligence measures to prevent similar cases in the future.
