The Ministry of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture of Ukraine held a Town Hall — a meeting that promotes internal communication and change management. This initiative has become an important tool in supporting civil service reform, started its work in 2023, and has already gained popularity among ministry employees.
Town Hall meetings are held quarterly in a hybrid format for about 80 participants in person and 300 online. They help align priorities, present new directors, and strengthen internal cohesion and collaboration. The results of these meetings are already noticeable: increased trust, reduced information gaps, and improved change management.
Town Hall has become a great example of how effective business practices can be successfully applied in the public sector to improve internal communication and strengthen the work collective.
