Currency exchange rate forecast until mid-December
The director of the financial markets and investment activities department of 'Globus Bank' Taras Lesovyi predicts the dollar exchange rate until December 14 in the range of 42.2-42.6 hryvnias in the interbank market and 42.3-42.8 hryvnias in the cash segment. According to the forecast, one hundred dollars will cost 4230-4280 hryvnias, and one thousand dollars — 42300-42800 hryvnias by mid-December.
The euro rate is also expected to be in the corridor of 48-49.75 hryvnias. Thus, one hundred euros will cost 4800-4975 hryvnias, and one thousand euros — 48000-49750 hryvnias until December 14.
Situation in the currency market
Lesovyi notes that December will be a month of increased activity in the Ukrainian currency market. The expert also emphasizes that there are currently no prerequisites for currency chaos in the market.

In addition, by the end of 2025, the dollar may rise to 43-43.5 hryvnias. Thus, the situation in the currency market remains under control, but activity in December may affect its dynamics.
