- Zakarpattia and Crimea will see milder conditions, with temperatures varying from 3 degrees below zero to 2 degrees above zero.
Kyiv and the surrounding region will also experience cloudy skies, with moderate snow overnight and light snow in some areas during the day. Icy roads are expected here as well. Nighttime temperatures in Kyiv Oblast will be 8-13°C below zero, rising to 3-8°C below zero during the day. In the capital itself, temperatures will drop to 9-11°C below zero at night and reach 4-6°C below zero in the daytime.
