Kyiv will experience cloudy weather with occasional clear spells on February 20. While light snow is possible in the wider Kyiv region, the capital itself is not expected to see precipitation. Icy patches are likely on roads in and around Kyiv, with a northwesterly wind of 5-10 m/s.
Nighttime temperatures in the Kyiv region will be between -10°C and -15°C, rising to -1°C to -6°C in the day. Within the city of Kyiv, expect lows of -10°C to -12°C at night and daytime highs of -2°C to -4°C.
