Kyiv City Prosecutor's Office Files Lawsuit
The Kyiv City Prosecutor's Office has filed a lawsuit seeking to invalidate two agreements for the development of nearly one hectare of land belonging to the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (NASU). These agreements, signed in 2025 between NASU and private companies, proceeded without the consent of the state, which is the legal owner of the land. The contested development agreements stipulate that NASU would receive only a small share of the resulting apartments, with the majority going to the private entities.
