Prosecutors Challenge Lack of Action on Horbachykha Tract
The Specialized Environmental Prosecutor's Office under the Office of the Prosecutor General has filed a lawsuit in an administrative court against the Kyiv City Council and the Kyiv City State Administration (KCSA). The case centers on their failure to grant protected status to the Horbachykha tract, a 32-hectare area located on the left bank of the Dnipro River.
