The prosecutor's office of Kyiv has filed a lawsuit to recover over 13 million UAH from the developer. The matter is that the company, which was involved in the construction of a residential complex in the Svyatoshyn district, failed to make the necessary payment for the development of the city's infrastructure.
The construction customers are required to pay their contribution to support the city infrastructure, and in this case, this payment amounts to almost 13 million hryvnias. However, the company did not fulfill this financial obligation, so the prosecutor's office decided to resolve this issue through the court.
Prosecutor's office representatives stated that the developer failed to meet its financial obligations to the budget, and therefore it was decided to go to court to resolve this issue.
Currently, the case is under consideration by the Economic Court, where a final decision will be made regarding the recovery of the developer's debt.
