In the Khmelnytskyi region, Prosecutor Oleksandr Terletskiy was dismissed for ignoring medical examination calls twice. The Qualification and Disciplinary Commission of Prosecutors made this decision due to disciplinary violations.
“Terletskiy chose the passive option of not responding to the calls and not going for the examination. This behavior model was determined by the prosecutor's subjective opinion that if he went for the examinations, his disability group could be revoked.”
Furthermore, it was found that Terletskiy was not informed about his belonging to the disability group and military registration status, which could call into question his working status and military serviceman status.
