During the meeting of the Coordination Headquarters for the physical protection of critical infrastructure, the work done over the past month was discussed, and it was decided what will be done next. Together with the Recovery Agency, military engineers, regional administrations, relevant ministries, and services, 16 typical technical solutions were developed for the protection of critical infrastructure facilities, which will effectively ensure their safety.
- Currently, construction has already begun at more than one hundred sites, where construction teams are working according to algorithms for front-line territories, ensuring safety and operational interaction of all services on site.
- As part of the consultations with Ukrainian manufacturers, a procurement control system has been established, and a public dashboard for displaying data on the procurement of materials for protective structures has been approved.
- Monitoring of the situation at the facilities has also been carried out, and teams have visited local urban infrastructure facilities in communities that provide water and heat supply, as well as logistics hubs.
- The headquarters is actively involving international partners and organizations, which will contribute to improving the resilience of critical infrastructure in emergency situations.
The headquarters continues its work. We have limited time, difficult conditions, and great responsibility to the people. We thank all the teams in the Headquarters, and everyone who is working on the ground – this work ensures the resilience of critical infrastructure even in the toughest conditions.
The meeting of the Coordination Headquarters for the physical protection of critical infrastructure confirmed the successful work of the team. The technical solutions created and the work started at the facilities will allow maintaining the safety of critical infrastructure in emergency situations. The work of the Headquarters continues, taking into account the difficult conditions and responsibility to the population.
