Zelensky held a meeting: what decisions were made to protect the sky

Зустріч президента: нові заходи для забезпечення безпеки повітряного простору

Today a meeting took place where issues of sky protection, development of air defense, and the unmanned component were discussed. Participants of the meeting included military representatives, intelligence, and heads of regional administrations from frontline regions: Chernihiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Dnipropetrovsk, and Kherson.

The meeting addressed the strengthening of defense in frontline regions to inflict greater losses on the occupiers and to influence Russian troops, who are actively provoking and abusing Ukrainian cities and residents, especially in Nikopol and Kherson.

‘They are basically conducting a safari on people and training drone operators at the expense of killing Ukrainians on the streets and roads. We need more protection and more of our active operations.’

The forces of unmanned systems, particularly the 'Madjar Birds', will receive more resources to ensure effective defense. Starting December 1, the launch of the electronic scoring system 'e-scores' is planned, which will be responsible for the evacuation of the wounded and supporting combat units using ground robotic complexes.

It was also noted that solutions have already been developed for full funding of brigades for the purchase of drones and components. All these measures are aimed at enhancing defense capabilities in Ukraine's frontline regions and increasing effectiveness in fighting aggression.

As a result of the meeting, plans were laid out to elevate the level of defense in frontline areas that are actively affected by Russian provocations. The authorities and military decided to take additional measures to protect the population and territory from possible risks and threats.
