Economic results of the Prozorro.Sales system in 2025

In 2025, the Prozorro.Sales online auction system provided over UAH 16.2 billion to the country's budgets. This was made possible by conducting nearly 28.7 thousand successful auctions, with about 35 thousand participants and 4.5 thousand organizers.

Main sources of income

Among the main sources of income, the following can be highlighted:

  • Large and small privatization, which brought in nearly UAH 5.2 billion;
  • Land online auctions with an income of about UAH 3.6 billion;
  • Sale of property and assets, which added another UAH 1.8 billion to the budget.

Throughout the year, communities received over UAH 3.2 billion through electronic trading, with 14 thousand successful trades conducted by local authorities.

It is also significant that the starting price of assets increased by more than 1.5 times, indicating a growing interest in participating in auctions. Oleksiy Sobolev, a representative of the Prozorro.Sales system, noted:

'The Prozorro.Sales system provided over UAH 16.2 billion for budgets. It is a working tool for communities and the state.' Oleksiy Sobolev

Serhiy But added:

'The increase in the number of organizers and the volume of attracted funds indicates that Prozorro.Sales has become an integral part of the financial ecosystem of the country.' Serhiy But

These data highlight the effectiveness of the Prozorro.Sales system in ensuring financial inflows to the budget, which is particularly important in the context of economic challenges faced by the country. The increase in the number of auction participants and the rise in starting prices of assets indicate a restoration of trust in the market and activation of investment activity. This may become the foundation for further economic development and improvement of financial stability at the local and state levels.
