Psychological Aid at the 'Invincibility Points'

In Kyiv, psychologists from the State Emergency Service (SES) offer daily assistance and support to visitors at 'Invincibility Points,' including specialized activities for children. As of today, 115 such centers are operating in the capital, staffed by 31 psychologists. Anastasiia Kuchynska, head of the SES psychological service, discussed their work in an interview on the 'Snidanok z 1+1' breakfast show.

'If you yourself are calm, people sense it. They sense who they can approach. Therefore, the most important thing for a psychologist is to be that calm person who can regulate the situation,' noted Anastasiia Kuchynska.

This support is vital for Ukrainians seeking help at the 'Invincibility Points' during this challenging period. These centers, established in response to the ongoing conflict, have become a crucial element of social support for the population, especially in crisis conditions. The psychological aid provided by specialists allows people to receive necessary support, which can help improve their mental state and reduce stress.

State Efforts to Safeguard Mental Health

These initiatives demonstrate the state's commitment to safeguarding the mental health of its citizens during times of trial. Providing accessible psychological first aid has become a key component of Ukraine's civilian resilience strategy.
