Support for Ukraine through the PURL initiative

In 2025, the PURL initiative raised a total of $4.3 billion in contributions for Ukraine's defense. This was announced by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, noting that contributions in December 2025 alone amounted to nearly $1.5 billion. Additionally, the filling of two more aid packages continues, indicating ongoing international support for Ukraine.

Participating countries of the PURL initiative

A total of 24 countries joined the PURL program, actively contributing to ensuring Ukraine's defense capability. Among the participating countries, the following can be highlighted:

Romania, in particular, allocated 50 million euros for the defense of Kyiv.
