The Ukrainian parliament has made a decision that grants critical enterprises the ability to hire and reserve employees for 45 days, regardless of military registration. This initiative concerns Ukrainian citizens who are being sought by recruiting centers or have issues with registration documents.


"The law allows critical enterprises the right to hire and reserve employees with incorrectly issued documents for 45 days," the source clarified.


According to the new law, employers have the right to demand that employees improve their documents within a specified time frame. This became possible after 272 deputies supported the corresponding draft law. An important condition is that reserving employees can only be conducted once a year.


Mobilization will not stop - Pavlo Palisa


The Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Pavlo Palisa, emphasized that even in the event of a peace agreement, mobilization in Ukraine will not be halted. According to him, this process is necessary to ensure the country's security.



The Ukrainian parliament has passed a law allowing companies to hire and reserve employees without a military ticket, but only for 45 days. Employers can demand that employees improve their documents and this right can only be exercised once a year. Meanwhile, the Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine emphasized that even with a peace agreement, mobilization in Ukraine will remain an unchanged important component of the country's security.
