In Ukraine, the main stage of registration for the national multi-subject test (NMT) for 2026 ends on April 2. Applicants planning to apply to universities must submit their application and send documents for processing in time. This is reported by “24 Channel”.
According to the Ukrainian Center for Quality Assessment in Education, some applicants have already formed their participant certificates, while others are waiting for confirmation. Registration is done through a personal account, which can be created via “Diia” or manually on the UCOQA website.
After creating the account, all mandatory steps must be completed:
select a subject from the additional block
determine the city for taking the test in Ukraine or abroad
upload copies of the documents
send the application for processing.
The Center emphasizes: without pressing the “Send for processing” button, the registration will not be completed, even if all data is entered.

history of Ukraine
one subject of choice.
Among the available disciplines: foreign language, biology, geography, physics, chemistry, or Ukrainian literature.
Testing will take place in one day in two stages. Video surveillance and metal detectors will be used for control.
UCOQA has also published sample test variants so that participants can prepare in advance. The registration campaign is conducted within limited time frames, so applicants are advised not to delay the submission of their application.
Earlier, we wrote about the new rules for NMT-2026. The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine has published the procedure for admission to higher education institutions for 2026, which includes several important changes. Among them are the cancellation of mandatory motivation letters, the recognition of results from European exams instead of the national multi-subject test, as well as limitations on the number of submitted applications.
