Ukraine's achievements in fiscal receipts

In November 2025, Ukraine reached a record in the number of created fiscal receipts, totaling 857 million. This indicates an increase in transparency and de-shadowing in the country's economy. The number of receipts rose by 76.8 million, which is a 10% increase compared to the same period last year.

Dynamics of average daily indicators

The average daily number of fiscal receipts also shows positive trends: it increased from 26 million to 28.6 million. This indicates an activation of trade activity and an increase in consumption volume among the population. The total revenue in November increased by 88.6 billion hryvnias, allowing it to rise from 415.9 billion hryvnias to 504.5 billion hryvnias.

In addition, the average daily revenue increased by 2.9 billion hryvnias, rising from 13.9 billion hryvnias to 16.8 billion hryvnias. According to the State Tax Service data,

“each receipt simultaneously protects the rights of the buyer, confirms tax payment, and contributes to the financial stability of the country”
. These changes indicate gradual progress in improving the economic situation in Ukraine and increasing trust in financial institutions.

The growth in the number of fiscal receipts and total revenue indicates positive changes in Ukraine's economy, which may influence further economic growth and the development of consumer demand. Increasing the level of transparency in business and reducing the shadow economy are important steps for stabilizing the country's financial system, which could positively affect Ukraine's investment attractiveness in the future.
