New notification feature in the Reserve+ app
The Reserve+ app has received a new notification feature about the sending of paper summons by territorial centers for recruitment and social support (TCC and SP). This innovation will allow users to receive information about the date and time when they need to appear at the relevant TCC and SP. It is important to note that notifications in Reserve+ are not the summons themselves.
Summons that will be notified through the app are printed in paper form and delivered by Ukrposhta. In addition to the new feature, Reserve+ also sends push notifications about:
- submission and removal from search;
- violations of military registration rules;
- fines.
During the quarter, the app plans to implement additional notifications that will include information about:
- registration;
- removal from registration;
- exclusion from registration;
- cancellation of deferment.
Improving communication between the military and citizens
This innovation in the Reserve+ app is an important step towards improving communication between military structures and citizens. Given the relevance of military registration in Ukraine, the ability to receive notifications about summons and other changes in status will significantly simplify the process for users, which, in turn, may reduce the risks of missing important messages.
Further updates to the functionality also indicate a commitment to adapting technologies to support the military and social needs of the population.
