On the night of December 13, Russian terrorists shelled Odesa and the region with rockets, resulting in injuries to six people, including two children. According to local Telegram channels, explosions were heard both in the regional center and in the towns of Artzi and Usatovo.
The attack caused power outages in the region, leading to a complete blackout in some areas. It is worth noting that this is not the first case of an attack on Odesa by Russian troops. Recently, unmanned aerial vehicles were also used, causing damage and fires at various energy and civilian infrastructure facilities.
