Russian forces launched 100 drones at Ukraine overnight: 70 shot down, there are hits and destruction

On the night of August 10, the occupiers launched about 100 strike drones of the Shahed type and imitation drones of various types at Ukraine, reports "Glavkom" referring to the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Russian invaders attacked from different directions - Shatalova, Kursk, Primorsk-Akhtarsk, and Gvardeiskoe, which is in Crimea. The Ukrainian defense forces managed to repel the air attack, destroying 70 enemy drones and imitation drones.

Strike drones were also used to attack areas of Synelnykivshchyna, where several fires and damage to infrastructure occurred. Administrative buildings and residential houses of local communities were also affected. As a result of the enemy attack, a fire broke out at the local railway station, which was partially destroyed. After the drone attack, the Saratov oil refinery in Russia also caught fire, one of the key objects of Russian fuel infrastructure.
