The average price per square meter in new developments is 46,600 Ukrainian hryvnias (UAH), while prices for budget apartments have jumped by 21%. Over the last six months, the cost per square meter has increased by 3% when measured in U.S. dollar equivalents. The price for budget apartments has reached 31,400 UAH per meter, signaling heightened demand for affordable housing. In contrast, prices for comfort-class apartments have fallen by 13% to 36,000 UAH per square meter. Business-class apartments have also seen a price decrease of 7%, now costing 47,000 UAH per meter.
