Housing prices in Ukraine continue to rise
According to the latest data from the State Statistics Service, in the second quarter of 2025, housing prices in Ukraine increased by 14.9% compared to the previous year. The highest increase in prices is observed in the primary market, where the cost of apartments rose by 16.7%, while in the secondary market, prices increased by 14.8%.
Trends depending on the type of apartments
According to official statistics, the prices of new one-bedroom apartments increased by 16.6%, two-bedroom apartments by 16.7%, and three-bedroom apartments by 15.5%. In the secondary market, the price increase was 14.2% for one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, and 13.6% for three-bedroom ones.
The data from the LUN portal confirms that the most expensive housing is currently concentrated in large cities. In August 2025, the average prices for one-bedroom apartments in the secondary market were $65,000 in Kyiv, $64,700 in Lviv, and $63,000 in Uzhhorod.
Apartment prices in large cities
According to data, two-bedroom apartments in the capital already cost around $100,000, in Uzhhorod - $93,000, and in Lviv - $90,000. Three-bedroom apartments are valued at $150,000 in Kyiv, $117,000 in Lviv, and $110,000 in Uzhhorod.
In the primary market, the most expensive square meter in Lviv is UAH 57,000, in Kyiv the price is UAH 54,500, and in Uzhhorod - UAH 47,900.
