At Cragside manor in Northumberland (UK), the tallest Christmas tree in the world has been installed. It is a giant sequoia that has grown to a height of 44.7 meters, which is twice the height of the 'Angel of the North'. The tree has officially been entered into the Guinness World Records. The sequoia has been growing on the manor grounds for over 150 years and is decorated with more than 1300 lights. Cragside manor is a popular tourist destination in the region.
