Weather in Ukraine on January 10, 2023
On January 10, 2023, a sharp change in weather conditions is expected in Ukraine, with a drop in temperature and precipitation, including snow. A southern cyclone will move to the territory of Belarus, which will affect the weather conditions in Ukraine.

In the northern and northeastern regions, light snow is expected. In the east and southeast of the country, moderate wet snow with rain is forecasted. At night in the Vinnytsia region, the temperature will drop to 13-18 degrees of frost, while during the day the temperature will be 9-14 degrees below zero. In the northern regions, as well as in Cherkasy, Poltava, and Kirovohrad regions, the temperature will be 7-12 degrees of frost.
In the rest of Ukraine, at night the temperature will range from 3 to 8 degrees of frost, while during the day – from 2 degrees of frost to 3 degrees of warmth. The warmest weather will be in Crimea, where daytime temperatures will reach 3-8 degrees of warmth. In Kyiv and the Kyiv region, winter weather will be observed from January 10 to January 14. In Kyiv, on January 10, temperatures of around 10 degrees of frost and light snow are expected. At night in Kyiv, 14-18 degrees of frost are forecasted, while during the day the temperature will be around 10 degrees of frost.
Precipitation in the Kyiv region is expected to cease, with some clearings appearing. On January 10, the wind will be from the west and southwest at a speed of 7-12 m/s. In the southeast, gusts of wind may reach 15-18 m/s.
The change in weather conditions in Ukraine on January 10 may affect the transport infrastructure, as snow and low temperatures can complicate transportation, as well as increase the risk of accidents.
