On Independence Day, short-term rains are most likely in the west, with some places in the north and center; the south and east will remain dry. The temperature on August 24 will range from +15 to +19 in the west, +18 to +23 in the center and north, and +23 to +28 in the east and south.
As Didenko reports, August is already showing signs of the end of summer: nights are getting cooler, and the fronts are moving from west to east. She humorously suggests:

At the same time, the forecaster notes that at the end of the month, 'the heat will still show itself.'
