Russians attacked Balakleia with drones: hits on civilian objects

On the night of August 2, Russian forces launched an attack on the central part of Balakleia in the Kharkiv region. This was reported by 'Glavkom' citing the head of the Balakleia city military administration Vitaliy Karabanov.


According to Karabanov, at least two explosions were heard in the city. Strike drones hit a private household and a non-residential building, which occurred in the center of the locality. Information about the injured is still being clarified.



Other similar attacks


In recent days, drones also attacked the city of Taganrog in the Rostov region, where large-scale explosions were recorded. Moreover, attacks were directed at the village of Petrushino, the base of aviation units, and the city of Sal'sk, where a fire also occurred due to a strike on a railway facility.

Two explosions were recorded, causing damage to residential buildings. Similar attacks also took place in Taganrog, Petrushino, and Sal'i. Information about the injured is still being clarified.
