Attacks on Civilian Infrastructure in Ukraine
Russian forces carried out multiple attacks on civilian targets in Ukraine. In the first incident, an assault drone struck an ambulance team in the village of Hrushivka, Kharkiv region. A 57-year-old paramedic and a 31-year-old driver sustained acoustic barotrauma injuries, and their service vehicle had its side windows and rear lights shattered. These attacks on medical personnel represent a clear violation of international humanitarian law. A criminal case has been initiated under the article on violation of the laws and customs of war.
In a separate attack in Kharkiv region, a Russian strike damaged a passenger bus near the village of Nova Oleksandrivka, part of the Velykoburlutska community. At the time of the incident, the bus on the Burluk-Kharkiv route was carrying 15 passengers. Tragically, the 53-year-old driver was killed, and three passengers were injured.
Power Utility Crew Attacked
Furthermore, Russian forces targeted a DTEK energy crew in Dnipropetrovsk region. The utility workers, who were traveling to inspect a power line near a frontline village, were attacked by two Russian FPV drones that hit their vehicle. The car was completely burned out, but fortunately, no one was harmed. As reported by DTEK's press service,
