Russian terrorists struck critical infrastructure in Odesa
On the night of October 2, Russian terrorists launched strikes on critical infrastructure in Odesa. Local outlets reported a large fire that broke out after the hits.
The Russians attacked energy facilities in the region, resulting in part of the city being left without electricity. The consequences of this attack are currently being clarified.

Strike on Slavutych and the consequences of the attack
On October 1, the enemy also attacked Slavutych. The checkpoint of the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant was destroyed as a result of the strike, leading to power outages for about 20,000 local residents. Thankfully, there were no casualties among the population.
President Volodymyr Zelensky reported that due to the strike on the power substation in Slavutych, the blackout lasted more than three hours at the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant facilities. This attack was aimed at paralyzing the Chernobyl NPP.
The events in Odesa and Slavutych indicate an increasing threat of cyber security and terrorist acts aimed at destroying critical infrastructure. These attacks could potentially have serious consequences for the population and the economy of the regions.
