On the night of August 2, the city of Sloviansk in the Donetsk region and the Kupiansk district became targets of shelling by Russian troops. The attacks were carried out using 'Shahed' drones. As a result of the attack, the 'Sloviansk' hotel, as well as adjacent residential buildings and a dormitory, were damaged. One person was injured.
It is also worth noting that at midnight on August 1, the Russian armed forces attacked a children's neurological boarding school in the Kupiansk district of the Kharkiv region. These attacks are part of Russia's overall aggression against Ukraine.
