Russia is preparing to attack the Baltics: why it could happen soon

Political scientist Andriy Savarets believes that Russia intends to invade the Baltic countries while NATO's defense is not strengthened until 2027. He thinks that all preparatory measures for aggression have already been taken.

The expert emphasized that the general opinion about the inevitability of an attack exists on both sides of the conflict. Europe, in his view, is ready for possible aggression, but the question lies in the timing of readiness.

Savarets predicts that the conflict may unfold in the Baltic region, where Russia is actively preparing for a possible invasion. Even such aspects as drone attacks are being considered in the future conflict in his opinion. At the same time, according to the expert, such actions by Russia could provoke new conflicts and a reaction from the international community.
