Внаслідок агресії противника постраждали діти в Харкові, удари завдано по трьом областям України.

Attacks Across Ukraine on February 27

On February 27, Russian military forces launched attacks on the Kharkiv, Odesa, and Zaporizhzhia regions, resulting in civilian casualties, including children. These assaults are part of a wider pattern of strikes on civilian areas that has characterized the ongoing war. In the Kharkiv region, the village of Vерхня Роганка (Verkhnia Rohanka) was targeted using unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), which caused a fire in a private home. This incident injured five people, including two children—a four-year-old boy and a nine-year-old girl—who suffered acute stress reactions. A police investigative and operational team, forensics experts, and explosive ordnance disposal technicians worked at the scene. A criminal investigation has been initiated under Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, which covers violations of the laws and customs of war.

During the night of February 27, the Kupiansk district was also attacked. There, a residential building was completely destroyed, and the body of one man was recovered from the rubble. One woman was also recorded as injured. Emergency rescue operations are ongoing at the impact site. Furthermore, civilian, port, and industrial infrastructure in the Odesa region came under fire, resulting in damage to warehouse and production facilities, enterprise equipment, and fires, including in containers holding food products.

Situation in the Zaporizhzhia Region

The Zaporizhzhia region also came under fire, injuring four people, one of whom was a teenager. These events underscore the continuation of hostilities in Ukrainian regions, leading to severe consequences for the civilian population. The conflict has now entered its third year, with frontline regions bearing the brunt of daily shelling and drone attacks.

These attacks occur against the backdrop of the protracted conflict in Ukraine, which has already led to numerous civilian casualties. The use of unmanned aerial vehicles, in particular, highlights the increasing technological complexity of warfare, which can have serious implications for civilian safety. Authorities continue to take measures to investigate these incidents and maintain law and order in the affected regions.
