The situation in Donetsk region has escalated - only 29% of the area remains under Ukrainian control. German military analyst Julian Röpke emphasized that Russian troops have significantly advanced north of Pokrovsk, stretching the front by 18 km, compared to 10-12 km earlier. This puts pressure on the Ukrainian Armed Forces, as the deployment of drones and mechanized units by Russia could happen in the near future.

The head of the 'Come Back Alive' foundation, Taras Chmut, highlighted that the situation in Donetsk region is a consequence of both actions and inaction. He warned that in the event of further escalation of the conflict, the Russian army might apply the scheme from February 2022, capturing large territories. Chmut urged to support the Armed Forces in all possible directions.

The message emphasizes that if Russian troops continue to advance, Ukraine faces a significant risk of territorial loss and deepening crisis. It is crucial to maintain support for the Defense Forces and uphold stability at the front.
