A missile from Russians killed a six-year-old Ukrainian karateka in Kyiv
Today, July 31, a tragedy occurred in the capital of Ukraine. Six-year-old Matvei Marchenko died as a result of a missile strike involving Russian terrorist troops. This was reported by the Ukrainian Karate Federation.
As a result of this attack, more than 80 people were injured, and six people died, including the child Matvei Marchenko, who trained at the 'Sen-Bin' club. The boy was actively preparing for competitions and dreamed of defeating his peers.
Matvei was a very resilient and ambitious boy. He really wanted to win at competitions and even told me: 'Igor Anatolyevich, I want to be better than my brother Lev'. - recalls the coach.
The Ukrainian Karate Federation and the karate community of Ukraine expressed their sincere condolences to the relatives and friends of Matvei Marchenko. According to reports, the Russian attack damaged more than 27 locations in Kyiv.
